SHIPPING
We offer worldwide shipping. In the case of domestic shipping, your order will be shipped as per our domestic shipping prices.
All stocked items will be dispatched within 7 working days (excluding official and religious holidays and weekends) and delivered within 30 days of the shipment. Please check your items upon delivery and if you observe any damage to the products please inform the courier company immediately. If there is no written acknowledgement of the courier company regarding the damage we sadly can not accept the return of the damaged goods.
If you have purchased items marked as ‘pre-order’, a member of our team will be in touch to notify you of the estimated dispatch date as specified on the product listing. If you have purchased a combination of stocked items along with an item which is marked as pre-order, all items will be dispatched together once your pre-order item is available.
ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.
CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE & RETURNS
We hope you love your Homes & Seasons order, however if you would like to cancel, exchange or return any items or your purchase isn’t suitable we would be more than happy to offer you a refund or exchange.
If you wish to return an item, please email info@homesandseasons.com to notify us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any items for return if 14 days have passed since you purchased the items.
To cancel your order, please email us at info@homesandseasons.com to notify us as soon as possible. If your order is not shipped yet, we can cancel your order as per your request. However if your order is shipped please follow our Return & Exchange policy.
Once your return has been received by us, we will notify you within 3 days to confirm whether we are able to accept your return and process your refund. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for your purchase.
Please Note
• Goods must be in their original packaging and in perfect, not washed and resalable condition.
• If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning their items.
• Any personalized items, custom orders and sale items are final sale and sadly we cannot process refunds or exchanges for these.
• After our inspection if any of the above conditions are not met; sadly we can not exchange the items or accept the return.
